Hey Jose, that blue pot sets the balance/volume between passive and active, I like to set it so the active mode is just a bit louder. hope that helps.This also came to my attention and found out that this blue dile changes volume max clockwise its louder and all the way counter clockwise sounds lower for some reason have you or anyone have checked this out

The two black wires are ground/earth from the pickups, the Yellow and White are the the positive/hot wires from the two pickups. It looks like that red wire is coming from the battery and should/could be going to the Active/passive switch. If that was the case, then that red wire would go the the centre contact on the switch. I wish i had the wiring diagrams for the Sire V9 bass to know were it gose becuase the switch has a red wire on it already?
Were you able to figure out the color coding of the M7 pickups?Sire finally sent me pictures of an actual Sire M7 control Cavity and the wiring is is completely different from the schematics shown above’ I’m going to post the pictures here so just in case someone else needs it in the future they can reference to this thread...Thx much for all your help...

Thanks...will use for my M5Hi I have a Sire M7 pickups that I need to intall in my bass but unfortunately the pickups don’t have any info as to which which wires are hot and where it attaches on the dpdt switch, can anyone with a sire M7 bass take a close picture of the control cavity showing how the pickup wires are wired to the switch for me, will really appreciate any help, already contracted sire but their diagrams don’t show it either...
