Thanks very much RyanOh. Your explanations are very helpful and encourage me to order a Hipshot bridge as the action on my Rick bass is quite high, even with the neck setup straight and saddles as low as possible.

I don't know if this question got a reply befrore but can you set lower string action with the Hipshot bridge than on the stock one ? Thanks.
