It is correct that the TC 208 has a cab extension output, whereas the others within the line do not. However, I can tell you that the 208 is nowhere near as loud as the 112 or 115. If the situation calls for something larger I'd be looking at separates. Ohh, they all have DI outs just in case...

My TC BG250 has surprised me in terms of tone, volume, and portability. Not that small in size but 35#... I have the 12" model and am very happy. I did try a 2-8" model in a store and found it unpowerful. It can handle up to a medium gig, has a DI out and the effects are there as a bonus.

The TC112 combo would be worth the money even if it did not have the built-in effects (which it does...). Hands down a great combo that can hold its own in small to medium gigs. The DI out works well too, if needed. This combo is not a toy and I find myself taking it to most situations even with...
