Well I peeled back the silk at the tuners and all is well until I went to tune it and this occurred. Do I need to peel the silk off this end too? Thanks, Kevin

I was going to try the dadarrio tapewounds on my Ibanez acoustic. I ran into am interesting problem. The E string will not fit in the tuner peg. Medium scale strings 50/105. Can I peel back the silk winding to make it happen? Any advice is appreciated Thanks Kevin

Thanks for the help guys. I should mention that I had replaced the epi three point bridge with a hipshot. That uses the two rear posts resulting in the current problem. Time to get busy Thanks again, Kevin

Thanks Beej, what should I do about the ground wire in the hole? Will the glue affect that? someone suggested only putting glue around the too but I’m not sure that will work. Thanks, Kevin

Hello, I am rebuilding an Epiphone EB-O Bass, replaced the electronics and installed a hipshot bridge. I just noticed that the anchors in the body seem to be pulling out of the body. my question is how do I stop this? Glue them back in? I had them flush with the body before this all started...
