    Acoustic B20 wiring diagram

Can't believe I'm posting on a 6 year old thread, but here I go: I just opened my B20 up to find the exact same two caps bulging, so I'm changing them out. The problem is that I already tossed the fuse, thinking THAT was the problem. Would anyone happen to know what size fuse I need as a...

If you could only play one bass brand forever

Yeah, man. How does Zon make the list, but Warwick doesn't? I want to check that box.

Neck vs bridge: which one is which?

I'm trying to install this set of Fender Original Jazz bass pickups, but I'm having a devil of a time figuring out which pickup is the neck and which one is the bridge. They appear to be absolutely identical, except for the red and blue dots (shown by green arrows), and the fact that the white...

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

I'd like to thank everyone for their input and advice. Since I posted this, I've listened to a lot that was said, mainly the "lighten up" part and "work on technique" part. I've practiced a ton since then, and my touch has gotten lighter, as well as my aim has gotten better, so guess what...not...

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

This is actually super helpful also. Thank you. I'll be more conscious of this. I tend to channel my "inner Flea" when I get going, but he's being doing this his entire life.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

I'll give this a try. I figured it had to do with technique. I'm a bit "balls to the walls" with anything that I play, and I've usually been able to use it to my advantage, but not with this. Need to force myself to slow down. Thanks.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

I'm sure the narrow spacing has a lot to do with it, as it tends to happen way more on my 5-string Ibanez then on my 4-string Warwick, and rarely ever happens on my P bass (although I rarely ever play that style on that one). Thanks.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

I'm referring to when I pop the strings, and not so much the slap part.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

    Ooh, that's helpful.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

Sure, in theory, but it happens even when I'm playing lighter and more controlled. Just so happens Amazon should be delivering the comp pedal I just ordered tomorrow, so I'll update when my fingers heal. Thanks.

    Tips for avoiding bloody cuticles?

I've recently REALLY gotten into playing funky slap/pop lines, but painful, bloody cuticles on my popping index/middle fingers have all but prevented me from continuing. I guess I tend to catch them on the strings below when I'm really going at it. I've tried using band aids, but the...
