Well I still called the store and they gave me a new string and also put it on for me free of charge, also needed to buy some patch cables to it was easier. Intonation is now perfect!

I’ll call the store I bought it from since I didn’t buy it directly from Ernie Ball and I’ll see what they can do.

found a caliper and measured my strings, I got a set of 110's on so that's what I'm going to buy again, Going to see if I can try close this thread now.

i was thinking 50-110 too, I prefer higher tension in E but I don't want it to stuff up my neck and trus rod.
