Who is using Jad Freer amps, cabs and pedals

I know exactly the dealer you’re referring to. It’s who I purchased my capo and coda from. I did ask about cabs. He said he doesn’t stock them due to freight costs. But will get them to order. Close to $2k for a 410 shipped. I’d still want to consider that, but it’s a commitment for sure...

Who is using Jad Freer amps, cabs and pedals

I recently got a Jad Freer Capo. Can’t open it till Christmas, but it’s in my home. I decided to order a Coda amp to pair with the Capo. Now I am considering the Jad Freer cab to go with it. Someone tell me if this is worth it. I have heard only great things from those who have them, and yet...

    Crazy trade idea

Such a true statement. I feel that’s where I’m at right now. I know I can get great tone with one or two staple basses. Why do I have a rack full that never get touched?

    Crazy trade idea

this one I understand. I have had basses I regret getting rid of that weren't very expensive but just had the mojo. I've got a nice small collection again and I've realized that I have a sound, it comes through on most the basses regardless if they are jazz, p or stingray. I realize I won't ever...

    Crazy trade idea

I have several basses, but I always come back to playing one or two at every gig. While the others wait for string changes, cleanings and neck adjustments. I’ve never owned a Sadowsky, but a buddy has several and I’ve played them. Loved them a lot.

Ya I realize that it could lead into buying more basses again, but maybe with a focus on a certain type.

    Crazy trade idea

As I get older and still play a lot of gigs, I find that I’d like to settle into one bass to ride out the golden years. Sadowsky for many reasons has been my thoughts. Would I be crazy to sell or trade several really nice basses for one desert island bass? Curious about thoughts from this crowd.
