    some reason my e string on my bass has a nasty hum by the bridge which is causing the string to sound distorted. any ideas on how to fix it?

    so yea ive been playing bass for about 5 years and im slowly getting distant from my bass. is there anything i can do to get more motivated or new techniques i can learn that will get me back into the swig of things? :confused:

    the way i see it, if u can play both fingers and pick, it just makes you a better player in general
