    I need some enlightenment

I try to become an "all-rounder" but slap pop like victor wooten does is so hard, and the idea of double thumbing still eludes me. Burton style is what I picked up the fastest with triples and whatnot, but im still 2-4 years behind where he was on kill 'em all. but i practice for it everyday :)...

    I need some enlightenment

good point. IMO (lol) metal bassist should know Cliff Burton, after all who better suited to play thrash than someone you can shred equal or better then the lead guitarist? all fender? sorry i meant the $600 standard does, I know that. Guesss i should watch my wording. Some people are understanding me better and they turn out to be the people in my genre. But they still insist on different instruments. I guess what I have learned most form this is the people...

    I need some enlightenment

I see that a lot of people swear by Fender. I used to own one (well i guess i still do) But I really didnt like anything about it, sound or playability wise. Im not here to flame or troll I just want to see what drives people to use what instruments they do. It might be genre based I think...

    Ibanez Model Number Decoder

This is my specailty since im such a tech head! first the Letters indicate the body style and modified parts. The numbers represent model and preformance standards. IE, I play a ICB300EX. Its the Iceman model bass, model 300 (higher then the 200 original) and EX for the Acrive pickups it has...

I love my MK1s, i have a 706 and a 506 and they both sound amazing on the B. I would like if it were 18v instead of 9v active but hey, its near perfect as is.
