Hey someone offered to trade their Ibanez SR400NT DX (6 years old) with my Epiphone Thunderbird IV bass guitar (2 years old). I was wondering if that is a fair trade or if Ibanez really is a better bass than the Epiphone?

SR4000NT is a vintage model, its near perfect for those who like it.
Epiphone Thunderbird? Id have to say Id make trade in under a heartbeat.
No company is better then another it matters what you like. Ill let you know that the SR4000 series is a 1000-2000 dollar instrument, doesnt make it better if you done like it, but it'll be recording quality for sure.

IM sorry a 400 series nm about 1000-2000 dollars.

Yeah I was told it was a fairly expensive bass when new. I'm actually trading so I can then resell the bass
