Synth bass hands down. You can here the oscillators modulating due to tuning, plus there's a fair amount of glide/portamento going on in the chorus. Maybe the breakdown is some kind of overdriven bass i.e. boss overdrive with bass right up, but i'd vote that its a blend of sine/triangle wave...
