Are the resistor and capacitor on this wiring diagram for an SB-1 part of a treble bleed? Just trying to understand what they are there for, thanks.

I saw one on FaceBook marketplace just like that but I see it's gone now. I believe it had Rosewood fretboard, was for sale in MI. Maybe it's the one you got? Congrats on your new bass!

Anyone else with an Okoume G&L?

Playing my SB-1 lately. I think the Okoume wood body works well with the Old School Tobbaco Sunburst.

The truss nut snapped off on a BTO L-2000 I have, I had the strings well loosened and barely gave it any tork (didn't even get to a 1/4 turn) and pop. The truss nut snapped off. I've owned a lot of basses through the years but that's the first time that ever happened. Another friend of mine...

I have active and passive basses and gig with both. The whole "battery dying" thing is overrated, I've never once had a battery die during a gig but I have a spare battery and could change it out in minutes flat if that happened. Neither have I experienced any noise with any of my active basses...

Congrats nice bass, wow! I love it! I jad stalked a bass similar to that on Reverb a few years back but I don't think it had the neck painted like that. Wish I clould have bought it. Was that bass actually made in Japan or in Fullerton for the Japanese market?

Maybe I prefer the L series over the M, but I like both. I have no plans on selling either, I wish I owed at least one more of each! In different colors. Just before G&L went under someone local on FB marketplace sold a beautiful M2000 in a deep red metallic with matching headstock, like 8.5lbs...
