In a moment of extreme ingenuity, I accidentally yanked the wiring off my cheapo passive jazz bass. I need to reconnect the inputs from both pickups and their grounds, and the bridge ground. Any knowledgeable advice appreciated!

I think you are mistaking someone else's comment for mine. I love my combo amp's sound, which is why I am bothering to replace the speaker.

Wondering if anyone has a recommendation to replace a 2007 15" B&C speaker inside a Markbass 151 combo amp. I had the head repaired a few years ago and now the vice coil has given up the ghost. I'm looking at Eminence versus B&C 8 ohm, 400 watt models that fit the ~3 cubic foot vented cabinet...

I can't seem to let go of my older Markbass CMD 115 (see my profile picture). The amp has survived 2 repairs in 4 years and still sounds farty so I need to move on. The speaker is just perfect in my home studio and it sounds good with a newer Gnome pro 600 that I recently bought off Talkbass...
