Ok I fixed it. put more backbow in the neck and raised the saddles. No more dead spots. It's not perfect but it's playable.

You really should measure your pickup resistance before you spend more money. A $15 multimeter will save you hundreds on the wrong pickups. Or at least ask Sire if they can give you that info. While it's not directly indicative of output, it can help you compare like from like pickup types...
