I pushed down on my B string in front of the saddle a few times and I'll be darned if the intonation isn't perfect now. Who would've thunk it? I really appreciate the help. I will file all this away for future troubleshooting.

I am considering one of these bridges for my five-string jazz; is more bridge mass make a noticeable tonal difference?

Any one ever seen this? I have E through G set, but I can move the saddle forwards and backwards and it stays sharp.

I had to toothpick my holes in my Fender Jazz, too. I have only used on brand of strap lock and that's Fender. Would like to check out others, though

I am wanting to replace the pickups in my 2002 Fender MIM Jazz V. I like what I've read about these pickups, but they say that they are not direct replacement pickups due to there size. I am wondering what would be involved in making them fit? Anyone here ever had any experience with them...
