Can anyone comment on instruments made in Indonesia?

Got my SRMS805 today. Gonna keep it for the foreseeable future as I love the tonal range of these (you can hop from a Warwick growl to a super muted P Bass tone to a very bright solo tone like it's nothing) and the 5 string arrangement is both more structurally more sound AND less straining on...

    Guitar Center online or Reverb.com?

Buy used from Reverb through PayPal. Their buyer protections aren't scam-tier in favor of the buyer anymore (thankfully), but if you got an item in much worse condition than described, they will go to bat for you.

Can anyone comment on instruments made in Indonesia?

Both my multiscale Ibanez's (the SRFF806 I just returned, and the SRMS806 I bought to replace it) have big issues at the neck/ body joint. The SRFF straight up had a fracture that went halfway through the neck depth and even into the fingerboard, while the SRMS had the fingerboard LIFTING away...

Why is Ibanez the only big name Multiscale manufacturer besides Dingwall to also fan the pickups

What Spector has done with their bass is what Yz50 did with his Scout playing.

I have merely objected to my needs being objected to. This is not an objectional thing to do.

Seen't, scale length is pointless for the purpose.

Why is Ibanez the only big name Multiscale manufacturer besides Dingwall to also fan the pickups

Right now I'm using the 135-25 set that the thing shipped with. There was a crack at the neck joint and neither PayPal nor the seller wants to listen to my please to just fund the replacement of the broken items even though it'd be like $30 more than the return shipping. I haven't bothered to...

This is where modelled amps are superior. I also find that you get a much better fundamental by plucking halfway between the note and the bridge (pluck an open string at the 12th fret and tell me how it sounds compared to plucking at the bridge or neck pup).

    I've been wanting a Zeus 6 for a while now but I just can't get over the lowest scale being only 35", I'm looking for F# B E A D G here

The 5 string in the original post makes their design choice issue much more apparent. I own an SRFF and my biggest issue is how they made a 6 string experimental bass very well but made it with a single truss rod, and then corrected that issue on the SRMS but only added graphite support rods...
