I connected the preamp out into the input of a friends amp and it worked. I have an 12au7 on the way. Can you recommend where to get a replacement fan? Thanks for the reply Dino.

Thanks for the replies, would a busted valve stop the soind coming out altogether or just make the sound distorted?

Couple of questions Powering up, preamp working but no sound coming out. Checked leads cab etc, all working. 1: Should all the valves light up? (all the 12ax7's are lighting up but not the 12au7). 2: Should the fan always be on, its not going at all (could this be related top the tube?)...

Hi all, I have a fairly new svt 3 pro, it has been working fine for the past few months then on Saturday I switched it on. The power light came on and the clip light is working but no sound is coming out. I'm using a svt 4x10he cab that I tried with another amp and I checked all the leads etc...
