Svt 3 pro. Fan not working.

Hi all, I have a fairly new svt 3 pro, it has been working fine for the past few months then on Saturday I switched it on. The power light came on and the clip light is working but no sound is coming out. I'm using a svt 4x10he cab that I tried with another amp and I checked all the leads etc and everything else is working. The sound seems to going into the head but not out. The fan isn't turning which is obviously not good but I was wondering if anyone knows would this stop the sound coming out? Is it just a matter of replacing the fan? If so where can I get one (europe)? What sort should I get? Is there anything else that would cause this? All advice muchly appreciated. Thanks.

This problem could be a number of things. Here is where I would check first.
On the SVT-3 PRO, the fan is in series with the heating filaments of
the 12AX7 and the 12AU7 (on circuit board with two [not three] tubes).
These are the tubes that feed the power amp. That is, you will get no
sound when these tubes fail even if you plug into the "Power Amp In" jack.
And, if the tube failure consists of a failure of its filament, your fan will
stop working, too.

In short, I recommend try replacing those two tubes first.

There is also a 1 amp fuse (F1) in series in that filament/fan circuit.
You could check that, too.
