Lots of cool responses. :) Bass is definitely where it's at. Who wants to sit behind a drum kit all night, banging away in relative obscurity? EVERYONE plays guitar...how pedestrian. But, bassist LAY IT DOWN!!! lol MAKE THE WHOLE ROOM RUMBLE!!!

I don't think an inline volume control exists that will be able to handle the output of your Shuttle 12. It sounds kind of hodge-podge...maybe, even risky (both to the speaker and your amp). You don't want your amp to pop or your volume control to catlch fire...lol It sounds like you're wanting...
