Does your amp have an effects loop? Try bypassing the amp's preamp and just straight up using the pedal for tone shaping.

This is basically my experience with regular Enzo. You kinda have to learn what kind of player input is needed for each setting. It is both annoying at first, but rewarding when you figure it out.

Even with the difficulty to dial in the Enzo without a midi controller to save presets I'd chose it over the C4 any day. I'm being lazy or I'd have sold it a while ago. Maybe putting the money towards the X is finally reason enough to unload it.

Definitely buying in the next month or two when I know I'll have more time to deep dive it. I've been using the Enzo a lot lately now that I finally understand it. Recorded a lot of jams with it during the month of January.

VT Bass was my tone for years. I don't use it anymore, but I still love it and won't ever sell it. Especially with all the mods I have done to it.
