I'm in the process of replacing the plastic knobs on my Sire P7. But I can't for the life of me remove the stacked ones! I've loosened the screw on the bottom, but how to get the top section off? I'm fearing that I've already pulled it a little too hard, don't want to cause any damage. Any tips??

Has anyone used tapewounds on a Sire P7? I've got them on my Yamaha and love them, the Sire still has the original rounds on it. Thinking of getting the D'addario ETB92s again.

Sorry to hear that. I was mis-diagnosed with this last year (I have double vision and tests implied that MG was the cause). I hope you find a way to cope with it, there are some good support groups in the UK if you're based here. Are you experiencing many symptoms right now?
