Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Couldn’t live with the Mono Lite+ pb…tone-wise, really needed my MORE pedal back in the chain (which wouldn’t fit)…pb is my old modified Duo17—>cut down to Duo13. Also, I really prefer plugging into a pb (vs pedals)… SO, going with two pb’s (Duo17 and Duo13)… Hopefully I’m done…for a long while.:roflmao:View attachment 5225726

@kevk Definite pedal board goals for layout and aesthetics!

Well, Meris finally released a companion reverb (Mercury X) to my LVX delay… Required completely re-working my pb…but everything sounds amazing. The Duo17 pb is probably borderline ‘compact’…but since I’d started posting it here…the latest configuration:View attachment 5218958View attachment 5218959View attachment 5218966

Well…^^^^^ pb remains untouched…it’s perfection, tone-wise. However, I enjoy having a 2nd super compact pb, and realized tonight that ultra simplicity with a Mono Lite/Tick 2.0 combo is the key. (I left my green LED TA Duo13 intact—can quickly move pedals over, if I need an octave and more dirt)…but this always-on “Nano-size” pb helps me not fuss with knobs, and just play bass…which is the point, right!?

Current... just got the two CMC Muffs. Great, very playable Muffs. Classic circuits, but with clipping options and a mids knob. I had him put in white LED's for the clipping to have more headroom before clipping. I also switched out the clipping caps in the Violet Ram's Head to get the Russian bass response.

Nice. I'm also using the Empress, and just recently got a Belle and it has earned its spot in the board. So, what can you tell me about the Saturn VI? Doesn't interfere with the QStrip?

not at all. The Qstrip is primarily clean and I use it as an EQ primarily. The Saturn is my favorite low gain drive ever. I’ve tried lots and it just sounds so warm and adds the perfect amount of harmonics.

Looks like lotsa fun! Have you considered putting the Octron b/w the Scorpion and the fuzzes? It looks like all three drives are currently before the octave in the chain. If you put Octron before the fuzzes, you could build some gnarly synthy sounds!

I have moved the Octron around a bunch, but (to me) it sounds best after the drives. You still definitely get some great synthy sounds--though not over the top.

How do you like that additional footswitch for the Stomp? I've been thinking about one for quite a while now.

To start things off: I definitely do not use the stomp to its full potential.

I highly recommend it though, because it adds utility to the stomp without taking up more board space. I pretty much only bought one at the same time as the stomp because of the recommendation of @SteveC and @furym and I’m grateful for their help.

I recommend getting one from @Pedalnetics
I’m not affiliated, he’s just cool and it works like it’s supposed to.

+1. The Helauxy Mini is great - Helauxy Duo Mini - Pedalnetics but I’ve actually taken a liking to the vertical orientation of the Side Compact - HX Stomp Compact SideAux 2 - Pedalnetics (Shown on my pedalboard below)

I'm not sure if there's anyone that does use the Stomp to it's full potential. I've got a Boss dual footswitch that I've used to add FS4 and FS5, but I was just curious about the Pedalnetics one. Save a little more room on my Nano, maybe make room for something new.

EDIT: You all successfully convinced me to get one. Order placed!
