    To me it is definitely GARY WILLIS!!! He comes from the Jaco-tradition and took it further to his very own, MAGIC style! His musicality and sensivitiy for melodies, grooves and harmonies is breathtaking. One of the best bass players ever!!!

    Jaco did in fact play BASS, or What I learned from a Weather Report DVD

    Jaco was a true GENIUS!!! Not only a bass player, a real complete musician! He wrote so great compositions! And he revolutionized the bass playing! Jaco was a main influence for generations of Top bass players - and is until today! Grooove :bassist:
