    1990, I was 25. Before that I was a drummer and also frontman/singer and I played some guitar. Started music on 11 on organ.

    Lighter wood is more vibrant, if its from great quality of course. It breathes more, there is more air inside it. The way the tone dies out is different… It’s all about what you connect with best.

    Perferably on the ride cymbal side. Why? I dont hear it always as clearly as I want to on the HH side. Some drummers play amazing paterns on ride.

    PJ works for me only with the PU’s used separately. Mixing them is not really satisfying to me. I love the mix of JJ’s And I love them separatly. And I love P bass! At the moment I got 2 j , 1 P And 2 PJ basses. One of the J’s and the P are fretted. The rest are fretless.
