Had an issue with my new Sterling, the truss wheel can be turned but it doesn't seem to adjust the neck at all, the wheel has holes to insert a level in order to turn to adjust the truss, but mine does nothing to the neck and I might be stuck with an upbow. I don't really have infinite money, so...
