    Heavy Cabs...........

    I use a Hartke 410xl for gigging, but I also got myself a GK 410 MB for those nights when my 65 year old back is acting up, which frankly is most nights now. I love the thump of the Hartke but it sure is heavy!

    1973 Fender P natural finish that I bought at Don Wehr's Music City in 1973. It is still my main, go to bass for all gigging.

    I was 16 years old and desperately wanted to be in a rock and roll band. My two best friends were guitar players. So I became a bass player. I'd like to say I was influenced by John Paul Jones, but I am not sure I even knew what a bass guitar was back then. But here I am 45 years later still...
