    Need "small ball" Strings

    is it a fullscale or a shortscale bass? couse if its shortscale you could use 4 of the strings from a fender bass VI set... d'addario makes them too, and i think a number of other brands...

    6 string E to e?

    thats short scale... (30) thanx for the replies, i guess i'll have to figure out the gauges for the B and high E myself... if i take a normal set of .45 to .105 for the upper 4 what should i get for the higher 2? any sugestions?

    is there a set of strings for this? i resently bought 2 six string basses and want to tune them E to e (i already dit not knowing the string set wasn't ment for this, breaking a string) so, i dont know where to look for strings like that... help please! oh, and its must be full scale (34)
