Hey, I've been playing bass for a year and now I'm 15... and I love slappin' :D but I don't know many slap songs... I've been sticking with Classical Thump and Me and My Bass Guitar by Victor Wooten, nailed the first parts of both songs. Could you please recommend me some songs that I could play...

When I bought my first bass (a Washburn starter pack), I was trying to tune my E string, but had an awful surprise when the A string popped ): btw great bass for the price, still playing it sometimes, and haven't had any problems

I didn't even considered guitar when I was choosing an instrument, my options were violin, flute, drums and bass... I looked at videos of solos of each instrument on youtube, and I found Victor Wooten and Stuart Hamm solos... and I fell in love with them xD

Not kind of metal, but Victor Wootens's Classical Thump is sure a challenge, a lot of technics used, slap, fingered, tap, double thump, hammers, pops...
