    Yeah, I don't see how the power would be the culprit as a there is no change in hiss with a battery. The answer is probably simple: it's the pedal. Thanks for sharing but what a shame. :thumbsdown: Even so I may keep it for now as I actually can hear myself again...

    Either the pedal is creating the hiss, as it's there when no other pedals are in my chain. Or it's amplifying my amps hiss? The low end is nice though :banghead:

    My cheapo power supply (Harley Benton PowerPlant ISO-1 Pro) or a battery makes no difference.

    Got myself a LS-2 to keep my low end. But I'm also getting an annoying hiss that stays even when powered with a battery. Compared to my normal hum, this stays when I turn the volume off on my bass. Is this common or did i get a faulty pedal?
