My newly acquired Kinetix 800 sounds phenomenal through my Mesa 215 cab 💜 Very easy to dial in any tone I want. Even that fat, warm and thick sound i love. A great head! 👌🏽

Do you still have your DNA DNS-112 cabs?

It's not an old one but it's looking for something to go on. I haven't decided whether to start another parts bass or replace one of my wenge necks on one of my other parts basses. It's a roasted maple neck. 👌🏽

It is different, but to my untrained ear, I can still get close enough to a fat Streamliner sound but with a whole lot more. I'm no expert, but from someone who loves his Streamliner, it certainly "scrathes my itch" for a modern take of the almighty Streamliner 😊👍🏽

I've read a thread started by TB member @hasbeen about the Kinetix and it's a great read. I think i read a post that said he named the Streamliner and had a hand in it's design? He would be the one to describe the comparison between the Streamliner and the Kinetix.
