One of my colleagues at work has raised a question and is hoping someone here can help. He is trying to identify where the baseline used in Dirty Ol Man (0.48 seconds in) and Five Man Army was used originally. He believes it was sampled from something he used to listen to back in the ‘80’s.

The cab is carlsbro, no idea who makes their speakers. I just wasn’t sure if the head was originally made for bass as I could’nt find any info. He’s asking $200 AUD.

Ok, so the one I’m looking at is in good condition but having read your comments and done some more research on that model I think he’s got it overpriced. He’s asking $350 AUD. Although instruments here are more expensive generally, there are other options that offer better value for money.
