Well I for one never doubted the photo or the instrument's authenticity or existence but here we are.....five pages into a thread....of a mythical Mando Bass that now resides SOMEWHERE in Germany....How on EARTH am I going to recreate this thing?!?!?

Just because something does not make ergonomic sense does not mean that it cannot be. That image is beautiful and has a real wow factor

I don't care about the practicality of the ergonomics, especially since it doesn't matter how big it is because it's not like one would play it over their knee like a guitar. This possibly mythical instrument would be a real crowd pleasing instrument with a proper wow factor.

I love that thing!! Very cool. It's a 100 years old? MAN. What is old is new again, that thing is amazing. A real keeper. Do you have any youtube footage of you playing it?! Jacob
