No, first i put all the strings on and tightened the screws, then i tuned the bass and everything was fine, but as soon as i cut off the excess string the strings unraveled.

I have problems with changing strings on my new Ibane EHB1005. I tried putting on the Thomastik flats, but somehow they always unwind when i cut the excess string at the nut, I've ruined two sets by now trying to accomplish this and I am absolutely sure I didn't overtighten the strings at the...
