I've nick-named my SR-16 Irving, and the name is used by everyone referring to the drums.

We've been using my Alesis SR-16 with some degree of success. Only problem is having to have the drums do the lead-in for every song so that our WL (who also plays acoustic guitar) can get the tempo right. Jim

Our choices are limited to either using the SR-16 or going drumless. Hopefully we'll have our prayers for another drummer answered in the near future. Jim

We usually have two guitarists, a drummer, and myself on bass plus three to four vocalists. We also have congas and flute at times.
