Nice venue Rod! I’ve been following your post on this thread and finally decided to take the plunge and got myself a HG410 from George. I can’t wait to try it out on a gig in 2 weeks. I’ll be using the RH450 in the meantime until I can save up for a B Amp.

Just pre-ordered a sadowsky MV4 in dark cherry burst with maple fingerboard! :D They don't have it in stock so I'll have to wait 4-5 months. But hearing all the good things about sadowskys, i reckon it's worth the wait! Thanks for all the input guys! Much appreciated! :)

Unfortunately the used sadowsky had too many dents and scratches for my liking :( But now i'm looking into just saving up a bit more to get a brand new metro MV4. :D

How would you compare laklands to fenders? I assumed you've tried both. I have never touched or even seen a lakland bass in my entire life. I've only heard about them here in talkbass and then saw that they were sold in basscentre.

What's the difference between an 01 and 02 model?

Yeah mate, that's where I wanted to buy it if I decided too. Just wanted to try it first if I could, but no laklands around here. Not that I know of.
