But the question is how well the modifation is done and how much of the original is left inside. Both jacks are crackling a lot and the pots are too but they are both working.

I couldn't find any Precison basses on the Internet with two jacks so it'll be interesting to peek under the hood of this one. The owner has had the bass since 1990 so the modification must have been made in the 80s.
