Not sure this is a moon at all. The models that feature this kind of body (no pickguard) usually have slanted neck pickup and tuners are different, knobs too. Moons with the switch have it right in line with knobs with input jack on the side of the body. Besides, the name isn’t on the headstock...

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think you should cut flats. Besides that, the intonation issue is probably much more related to the change of tension in the neck due to the flats being more stiff than rounds

Not able to give you a precise answer as I do not own the amp and haven’t owned a GK, but I would try setting everything on 12’ o clock and go from there. Eq settings depend very hard on the room and stage volume.

Whatever indicates that I have the knob in a certain position (50%, 100% etc.) works
