What do you all use as a backup pickup? I am looking for an easy to install pickup that I keep in my gig bag just in case, and does not sound like crap. Any suggestions? ... the best I can think of is the rev solo, however I am not sure how easy it would be to install. Thanks crew.

How would you do this? My MB150 has no speaker inputs... just outputs & a effects loop. I'm also going to try my preamp into the effects return to see if that is more reliable.

Whoa! that's a great idea. I will try that. It is the amp section that is broken. It got soaked with soapy water in a car wash! After repair, it now works but is unreliable... thanks for this golden suggestion!

I’ve been exploring Phil jones options and I think I would actually prefer to go with a 2x5 combo or the powered 2x5 cab that they make. Might also go with the c2 in the meantime if I can find a good price. I would also go for that traynor combo if I can find a used one in the USA!

would love to use my SL112 but it’s too big for what I’m looking to accommodate - particularly is very deep and takes up a lot of space on a cramped stage area with an upright bass there as well.
