A few months ago, I found a Toby 5 in a pawn shop. It's a cheap bass, I know, but I like it. The electronics are not very high out-put and I would like to beef it up somehow. The pick-ups are not standard replacement part sized, so what can I do? New pick-ups? Install a pre-amp? Any ideas...
