I just had EMG's put on my Ibanez SR300 and they sound GREAT! WOW! They are really POWERFUL! To hear it, check out local store, see if they have any basses with EMG or Bartolinis and play and compare with ones without through same amp! It should give you an idea! They also fixed my noise problem...

Well I just had EMG's installed and WOW! They have aLOT of PWR of GREAT Metal String sound, not to mention that it also killled my 'noise' problem I had with previous electronics whenever i added tone, -then my amp hissed noisily! If you like to sound of the Who-bass, then you will LOVE THEM...
