The luthier gave me a sponge type deal that you hang in the hole I will be looking in to other options before winter

Overall it does have a good sound especially with the labellas on it and the neck is also very comfortable this was my first acoustic where I live the climate changes with very low humidity in winter I neglected to humidify it and the it developed fret buzz at the 14th fret where the neck meets...

Yeah I like the sunburst plus it matches my p-bass and mustang I have also in sunburst

I bought the 450ce to play in an all acoustic group and around the firepit I put some labella tape wounds on it as I mainly play it amplified it is an ok bass to play and is kind of cool looking but I think there are definitely some better options out there

Just put labella black tape wounds 750n-m medium scale strings on my acoustic bass they sound and feel awesome , medium scale strings fit perfect got them from strings and beyond

Received my Fender FAB-610 long scale gig bag bass fits perfectly

Recieved my case yesterday as well,just waiting for Fender to send me something to put in it

Interesting that it's a Fender bag I called Fender after I had bought it April 2019 and was told they had nothing to fit this bass.

Thanx for the recommendation I still have the factory strings on mine I mostly play amplified but after 8 mo. I'm ready ready for a change.

I also have one of these were you able to find a gig bag or case for it.

Since I got such a great deal on a case thanx to a heads up from @2F/2F on Thurs.I went yesterday and ordered a brand new American Performer will post pic. when it arrives from Corona :D
