    When I was in your situation I ended up playing with a bunch of different bands and just writing songs. I feel like my experience writing with different people in different genres really helped me understand and begin applying in my own style what I had already learned.

    I May Have Fried My Pedal (Sansamp Programmable DI)

    So I was just trying to fix one of my Programmable Sansamp DI pedal's footswitch (it was sticking when pressing it down).     Do you have any bass rituals?

    First, this is a great thread! I always stretch my legs, arms and hands before playing. Once I load on stage or start to plug in i'll always twist my body from side to side with my bass on and crack my back. Really helps to relax me and gives me a good feeling for the weight of the bass...
