    John The amp guy had it for about a month... he is kind of a burned out dude. He did redo some solder joints, got it working. It has a background fizz with the note being played, and then decays, no hum. Good volume. So I am wondering if its going to another dude who is really good at 80...

    I went to try this Fender Bassman 200, but bummer, it was distorted and low in power. I wanted it to work so badly. Good news, he gave it to me for free. Cosmetically it is mint. I took it into my local amp dude. Worth fixing? Any advice or things to check?
