I will see what I can pump out of the Goliath 2 and report back when the head gets here. CTBassGuy, I think those specs are the Goliath 3. Goliath 2 is 103db @ 1w1m and -6db at 40hz. Not sure if this is enough to make a difference though.

Just got a Ampeg reissue V4-B and am looking to maximize the volume/sound I get from it. Currently the only cab I have is a Goliath II 4x10 which is 8 ohms. Wanted to know opinions on how much louder a 4 ohm 4x10 would be, or if a 6-8x10 at 4 ohm would be that much better than a 4 ohm 4x10.
