@Scoly - Thanks for the response. I don't have a volume pedal. I think I'm stuck with running with the dc power. I don't usually practice for more than three hours at a time and the Tascam's battery seems to be able to handle that. Thanks again.

Sorry if this post is similar to some other threads but after reading them I'm still not sure. When I plug my new Epi Thunderbird into my Tascam Bass Trainer, I get a buzzing sound that goes away if I touch the strings or cable jack. It will also go away if the volume is off. And it will also...
