Current Setup

I am currently ampless, but record my bass into Pro Tools via an Avalon U5 direct to disk, or sometimes with the SVT plugin.

Gigs and Ensembles

I'm currently one of the guitar players in a popular local cover band called Punch Judy. The guy that plays bass in our band is one of the best in town if you ask me.

Previously Owned Gear

I currently play a 2004 Fender Mike Dirnt Signature that believe it or not, ROCKS. My first bass was a '93 Fender Jazz that I liked recording with, but ended up hating later. I then purchased a '95 G & L ASAT bass that I used for a long time. What a great bass for the money. It had a slight hump in the neck near the nut. It wasn't a bad hump, but it forced me to play w/ higher action than I wanted. And since you can't buy Warmoth replacement necks for G & L's , I sold it.
