I have done this 100 times and still do at least a few times a year. I am never beneath it and it's part of life sometimes. We have actually killed the power at a few places during these circumstances. We ALWAYS come prepared with a road box full of equipment to make any power situation work.

Thats strange. I thought my problem was gone but now its worse!

Well the noise went away after I changed the power cord. I just went and turned the amp on and now is sounds fuzzy. When I turned it off it made a loud thumping sound. I am getting mad now. I cant afford not to have this amp for a few weeks.:bawl:
