    Anyone ever dealt with Guitarfiles.com?

    I filed a Paypal dispute and they returned my money right away. Item was backordered, but I never received the email indicating this and they were very bad at returning emails. I guess it worked out, but I wasted time unnecessarily.

    I am in the same boat. I, too, found this forum when trying to get info on guitarfiles.com. I can't even find the telephone number for these guys as the number in my Paypal response for my order is disconnected. I have been waiting 10 days for any sort of response, other than "pending"...
