The SN is stamped on the back of the head.

Agreed, it's a killer. I picked up a similar one, a European ComboHead II with 12". Paid $100 to have it converted to US juice and for a few hundred total it really is amazing for its' size and weight.

I'm trying to find some Fender Olympic White nitro lacquer touch up paint. Don't need much, need to fill a nick. It seems that my resources of the past are either out of business or no longer carry the stuff. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I just got a smokin' deal on a Markbass ComboHead II combo with one 12". Very small and light but the power and tone is remarkable.

I would hope the GHS could work. It's a newer Ibanez 5 string with 36" ball end to nut. 2 on top, 3 on bottom headstock.

Looks (and I'll bet sounds) nice. But at 44.6 pounds it's too much for my week back to schlep upstairs. Lots of excellent suggestions here. For me, a 30 pound max combo seems right. Lighter than that = even better.

It looks really cool but at 51 pounds I'd have to hire a porter to lug it up stairs.
