zwoch - What you tell its true, ive seen tremendous and experienced musicians (not christians) trying to play with christian musicians and its completely another language... i think that the worship team must have that kind of comunication and at least the drummer and the bassist must know what...

Mike M. - Wow im from México but im amazed that we have almost exactly the same situation over here, i love playing and my gear and everything and the last week we had an amazing time on the service but i have noticed the same problems in my worship team, i personally think that in this times...

I know, i was always in such a little place next to the drums, but recently i have been moved, i spent a lot of time jumping now (werever is posible)

We have exactly the same problem in my church, im one of the oldest members and i know how to deal with the "last" minute music decisions, but i feel pretty bad for the new ones, i also dont like the "go with the flow" so much...but i think there are times for everything, i really dont know what...

i think it's arms open wide :P but it would be great to play a creed song xD LOL
